In July 2002, the Ninth Circuit Judicial Conference adopted a resolution encouraging the establishment of confidential ways to identify attorneys at risk from substance abuse and mental illness and supporting initiatives by local bar associations to rehabilitate those attorneys. In furtherance of the resolution, below is the local contact information for lawyers exhibiting signs of substance abuse.
