Hotel Reimbursement/Subsistence Rate

The following rates are for one night's lodging at a hotel and meals for one day. Please be sure to let the hotel know you are a federal court juror and ask if they have a government rate. If you exceed the rates listed below, the jury office will not be able to make up the difference. To find the correct rate, locate the divisional office you have been summoned to and then locate the appropriate time frame:
