Electronic Case Filing
Available 24 hours per day, electronic case filing is available via the Internet and is required for attorneys to file most documents. Only attorneys may file electronically unless otherwise authorized by the court.
Persons who are not lawyers and are filing on their own behalf must submit paper documents to the court during regular business hours.
