*** PUBLIC ANNOUNCEMENT ***

August 2, 2012

The United States District Court for the District of Arizona is conducting a lowest priced, technically acceptable procurement action from the GSA Schedule for furniture and furnishings for the John M. Roll U.S. Courthouse located at 98 W. 1st Street in Yuma, AZ. Occupancy in the new courthouse is anticipated during May of 2013. As a result, delivery and installation of all items will occur sometime in May of 2013 with final dates to be provided approximately 30 days prior to move-in and occupancy. All specifications and details are provided in RFQ # USAZDC.2012.802.
