IMPORTANT NOTICE from the PACER Administrator :

Effective, July 5, 2005, electronic public access to District of Arizona case information is provided by means of the new Case Management/Electronic Case Files (CM/ECF) system. All case query capabilities currently available in web PACER are available via CM/ECF. Additionally, CM/ECF will provide access to electronic images of case documents.

You can access CM/ECF query by using your existing PACER login and password. If you do not already have a PACER account, call (800) 676-6856 or (210) 301-6440 from 8:00 a.m. - 5:00 p.m. CST (Monday - Friday) or log on to http://www.pacer.psc.uscourts.gov for instant registration with a credit card or to obtain a registration form.

If you are an attorney and wish to obtain access to file case documents electronically in the District of Arizona using CM/ECF, you must also obtain a District of Arizona CM/ECF login and password. You can register for CM/ECF e-filing access electronically via our web site at http://www.azd.uscourts.gov . As of August 1, 2005, attorneys filing in the District of Arizona are required to file electronically.

There is an $.08 per page charge for downloading case information on this system, not to exceed $2.40 per document downloaded.
