The District of Arizona invites high school students to enter the 2024 Ninth Circuit Civics Essay and Video Contest. A local contest within the District Arizona will be held to determine finalists who will go on to compete in the circuit contest.  Local contest winnters in each category will receive prizes of $1,500 for 1st place, $750 for 2nd place, and $500 for 3rd place.  The deadline to submit all essays and videos has been extended to Friday, March 15, 2024.
