PROCEDURE IN SOCIAL SECURITY CASES. Amended to add new subparagraph (a) to qualify the filing of answer, the Certified Administrative Record shall serve as the Commissioner’s Answer, unless a separate answer is filed. Amendment also resequences subparagraphs (a) through (e) as (b) through (f) respectively. (Upon final adoption, this amendment will render General Order 23-14 obsolete.) |
