The entire group of exhibits may be submitted as one attachment to the document but must not exceed ten (10) megabytes with a resolution of 300 dots per inch (dpi). The first page of the attachment should be an index of the attached exhibits. The number of attachment associated with a single entry shall not exceed ten (10).
