Please join us for a panel discussion on the state of the courts and practical issues concerning litigation during the pandemic and beyond.  Topics include best practices for remote appearances, managing the challenges of remote witness examination, jury trials during and after the pandemic, and maintaining the integrity of the process in the era of social distancing.  A question-and-answer session will follow.
