The PACER Case Locator is a service that allows users to search federal court records for most appellate, bankruptcy, civil, criminal, and multi-district court cases. By using this service, users have the ability to search for cases in a variety of different ways, including by case number, case title, and court region. Most newly filed cases are accessible via the PACER Case Locator within 24 hours of being opened. In addition to current information, archived case information is also available for some districts.

Users can access the PACER Case Locator by clicking on the following link: http://pcl.uscourts.gov.  A valid login and password are required and users should familiarize themselves with the applicable fees associated with use of this service.
