2022 Ninth Circuit Civics Contest

The District of Arizona invites high school students to enter the 2022 Ninth Circuit Civics Essay and Video Contest.  In Arizona, the federal courts will hold a local contest to select three finalists in the both the essay and video competitions.  These Arizona finalists will receive prizes of $1,000, $500, and $250 and advance to the final level of the contest at the Ninth Circuit to compete for additional prizes of $3,000, $1,700, and $1,000 plus travel and accommodations to the 2022 Ninth Circuit Judicial Conference in Big Sky, Montana, if current COVID-19 pandemic is under control.  All essays and videos must be submitted by March 18, 2022.  The contest rules, instructions, judging criteria, past entries, and research materials are available by clicking here
