The FBA Phoenix Chapter invites you to attend the "The Law of the River at a Crossroads: Arizona, the Colorado, and the Post-2026 Future" presentation on Tuesday, September 8, 2026, at the Sandra Day O’Connor U.S. Courthouse, Jury Assembly Room. This program focuses on discussion of the law governing water rights and the Colorado River. The panel will address the century-old “Law of the River,” today’s shortage crisis, and Arizona’s water future after 2026.
