Notice of Upgrade to NextGen CM/ECF

Due to the upcoming upgrade to the Next Generation (NextGen) of CM/ECF, CM/ECF will be unavailable from 4:00 p.m. on Friday, February 4, 2022 through 7:00 a.m. on Monday, February 7, 2022.

As a reminder, the following steps must be completed to electronically file in NextGen CM/ECF for the District of Arizona.

Now through February 4, 2022:

1.    Register for an individual PACER account or upgrade your existing PACER account.

2.    Know your current District of Arizona CM/ECF login and password AND your current PACER login and password.  You will be required to enter both to complete step 3.

  • If you have forgotten or lost your password, you may request a new one by:
  1. Click the link on the login page requesting a new password be issued.
  2. Enter your login ID (This is the registered user's first initial and last name, and it is case sensitive.)
  3. When the e-mail request is received, click the embedded link, and enter the login ID and new password.
  • To be resent your PACER login/password click here.

On or after February 7, 2022:

3.    Link your CM/ECF account to PACER.
