All requests to be excused from jury duty must be submitted in writing. Do not call the office to request to be excused. You can submit an excuse request when you complete your questionnaire (online or in paper form). If you have already completed your questionnaire, you can submit your request via eJuror or by faxing or emailing your request to the appropriate office below.
