Update to the Electronic Case Filing Administrative Policies and Procedures Manual

The District of Arizona has updated its Electronic Case Filing Administrative Policies and Procedures Manual with the addition of section II(B)(2) “After Business Hours Emergency Relief”.  This new procedure was added based on the recent increase of emergency relief filings.  This procedure ensures that notification regarding the emergency filing is received, and the Clerk’s Office can ensure the case is opened and assigned in a timely manner.
