At Advice-Only Clinics, volunteer lawyers with at least three years of experience provide 30-minute consultations, by appointment, with individuals who cannot afford a lawyer and who are considering or already representing themselves in lawsuits. Advice-Only Clinics take place as follows: In Phoenix, at the Sandra Day O’Connor Courthouse between noon and 4:00 p.m. on the second and fourth Thursday of each month. In Tucson, at the Evo Deconcini Courthouse between 1:30 and 3:30 p.m. every Thursday. Cases range greatly and can include civil rights, employment discrimination, social security and other types of civil actions.
