The District of Arizona has implemented procedures to facilitate review of and action on after-hours requests for emergency injunctive relief.
Attorneys seeking emergency injunctive relief after 5:00 p.m. on business days, weekends, and holidays are directed to notify the Court by clicking on the links below. The link will direct the filer to complete a form which will require the filer to provide the following information:
- Attorney contact information (phone number(s) and email address(es)).
- Cause of action.
- Nature of suit.
- Summary of filing
- Required documents (e.g., Complaint or Petition (if filing a new matter), Motion for TRO or Preliminary Injunction, any necessary exhibits, etc.).
- Certification that irreparable harm is likely to occur before the next business day.
